**Position Available: Executive Director**
Are you passionate about community engagement and organizational leadership? Look no further! The Tilton-Northfield Recreation Council (TNRC) is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to oversee the management and operations of the Pines Community Center (PCC).
As the Executive Director, you will be the chief spokesperson for the TNRC, responsible for interpreting its purpose and programs to the public. You'll manage overall operations, asset protection, and marketing/public relations for the PCC. Your duties will also include overseeing accounting functions, human resource management, and program development.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and experience in non-profit management or recreation administration. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in computer software, and first aid/CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and routine physical exam are also required.
