Rentals

You can rent the Pines Community Center for weddings, parties, showers...you name it!

Cost: $110.00 for the first 3 hours (for residents of Tilton/Northfield), with an additional $30.00 per hour for each hour thereafter

There is also a $50.00 refundable security deposit; $30.00 non-resident fee; $30.00 flat fee for kitchen use

Full payment is due one week prior to the rental date. Renters must also stop by the Pines Community Center to pay security deposit and sign rental waiver.
